Hi! I’m a Metis artist currently living in Milan, Italy, but originally I’m from a little hamlet called Canyon Creek, in Alberta, Canada.

I like to do anything art related like tattooing, painting, drawing, illustrating, making installations, making videos, curating, and writing comics.
Throughout all of my work my biggest influences tend to be nostalgia, storytelling, and my love for my hometown. It’s the biggest compliment when I hear that something I made has reminded someone of something from their childhood. Those warm and tender moments are something we can all connect over. Even through deeper or darker topics I like to take a tender approach, often thinking to myself “what would Fred Penner or Mr.Dressup do?”

I’ve been tattooing since 2019 and like to describe my style as illustrative. For me, tattooing tends to be an outlet, I have the freedom to draw whatever I like and leave it up to the tattoo recipient to assign their own meaning if they like. I’d be doodling these drawings even if I wasn’t tattooing, it’s nice to know they all can have a home on someone’s body.

Much of my careers in art have been based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Experiencing life here in Italy is a brand new experience for me and I’m excited to see how it will affect what I make!
Outside of my work I enjoy baking, beading, going on walks, and scrounging through second-hand stores :-)
